Public Space Protection Order (PSPO)

An order that can be made under the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 to deal with a nuisance or problem that is having a detrimental effect on the quality of life of those in a particular area, a legal tool used by councils to tackle anti-social behaviour in a specific area by restricting public access or requiring certain activities to stop.
