A Sub-Committee of the Integration Joint Board (IJB). This Committee is responsible for overseeing governance, risk management, internal controls and financial reporting arrangements. It reviews internal and external audit reports, assurance activities, and evaluates the effectiveness of governance systems. Regular updates are provided to the IJB, covering audits, risk management, financial controls and overall performance. The Committee will consist of not less than six members of the IJB. Four members will be voting members of the IJB and two members will be non -voting members of the IJB. The Committee will include an equal number of voting members from NHS Grampian and Aberdeenshire Council
