Full transfer of the Ythan Centre to the Catalyst Community Regeneration Company.

Decision

The Committee approved the recommendations within the report, seeking further detail in due course about the general process relating to claw back clauses. 

Post Meeting Note re claw back clauses:  At the conclusion of the meeting, the Principal Solicitor advised the Committee that advice had been sought from a colleague within Conveyancing team who had confirmed that the standard security registered against the property would remain in place, and require to be considered should the organisation invoke the terms of their Articles of Association and seek to transfer the building to a like-minded organisation. The Council would require to be contacted to discuss any such transfer.
