In accordance with the Councillors’ Code of Conduct the following declarations were made:
Item 5
Councillor Sutherland made a transparency statement on the basis that the he did not attend the previous Area Committee meeting and was also unable to attend the site visit. He concluded that he had received sufficient information to enable him to participate in the consideration of the item.
Councillor Cox made a transparency statement on the basis that he has a connection with the agent, Mr Michael Ritchie of Mantell Ritchie. He concluded that, as Mr Ritchie was not speaking in relation to the application, he would remain in the meeting and take part in the consideration of the item.
Councillor Reynolds made a transparency statement on the basis that he is a resident of Whitehills and lives close to the application site. He concluded that he would remain in the meeting and take part in the consideration of the item.

Councillor Cox made a declaration on the basis that he has a connection with the agent, Michael Ritchie of Mantell Ritchie. As Mr Ritchie was taking part in this item, Councillor Cox advised that he would not participate and would leave the meeting while the item was being considered.
