Council Vision 2022-2028

This paper presents the updated Council Vision 2022-2028 reflecting an extension and modification of the existing council vision until April 2028 when Arun District Council may be subject to a Structural Change Order implementing local government re-organisation. The Council is further mindful of delivery pressures with resources being subject to fluctuation as local government re-organisations comes into focus. This item was deferred at Full Council on 15 July 2026.

Accommodation Review - Bognor Regis Town Hall (Update)

Following the receipt in July 2026 of a Business Plan and a formal offer from Bognor Regis Town Council for the purchase of the Town Hall under the council's Community Asset Transfer Policy, this report sets out the council's recommended approach to the offer received. This action accords with minute 549 (4) of Policy & Resources Committee – 12.02.26
