Decision
Cabinet resolved to:
(i) Agree the entering into of a 30-year Full Repairing and Insuring lease with the preferred bidder, artsdepot, on the terms set out in the report; and
(ii) Authorise the Strategic Director of Inclusive Growth and Place, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Culture, Heritage and Leisure, the Strategic Director of Resources and the Director of Law and Governance, to enter into the lease and all other necessary or ancillary agreements on behalf of the Council in order to fully effect the arrangements.
