Regulatory & Appeals Committee

The Regulatory and Appeals Sub Committee Licensing has responsibility for making final decisions on certain types of licensing applications within Boston Borough Council, for example, alcohol licensing and taxi/private hire vehicle licensing. It provides oversight of decisions and acts as an appeal panel to decide specific appeals against the refusal of a licence or where a relevant representation has been received from an interested party, such as the police.   At each Regulatory & Appeals Committee meeting there is an opportunity for members of the public to ask questions.
