The Full Council of Boston Council approved the democratic arrangements for the municipal year 2026/27 on 18/05/2026. This included approving the establishment of committees, appointing chairmen and vice-chairmen, approving the programme of meetings, noting the Cabinet appointments, making appointments to outside bodies, and re-appointing Independent Persons and members of the Independent Remuneration Panel.

The Full Council of Boston Council approved the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership Performance Report and Memorandum of Agreement on 18 May 2026. The council noted the partnership's progress and approved an updated Memorandum of Agreement, delegating authority to the Executive Director (Programme Delivery) to sign it. The revised agreement includes amendments to the Terms of Reference for the Joint Strategy Board, changes to the Joint Chief Officer Employment Panel's terms, and a move from six-monthly to annual partnership performance reports to council.

The Licensing Sub-Committee of Boston Council decided to grant a premises licence for Mr Tee's Local, 12 Red Lion Street, Boston on 28 April 2026. The decision included a condition requiring signage advising patrons of the Public Space Protection Order to be displayed at the entrance/exit and on the counter, and an amendment to staff training to include specific training related to the Public Space Protection Order.

The Licensing Sub-Committee of Boston Council decided to approve the grant of a premises licence for Pilgrim's Local, 3-4 Market Place, Boston on 24 April 2026. The decision maker approved the amended hours of opening and alcohol sales from 08:00 to 22:00 daily. The decision maker also agreed to amended conditions regarding staff training on the PSPO, keeping the premises clean, and having two staff members working at all times.
