The Executive is Bromley Council's main decision-making body, chaired by the Leader of the Council and comprising seven Members. It makes decisions directly or delegates them to Portfolio Holders responsible for areas such as Adult Care & Health, Children, Education and Families, and Environment.
While the Executive handles many council decisions, certain matters are reserved for other committees, including the Development Control Committee and the General Purposes and Licensing Committee. Members of the public can ask one question of up to 50 words at each meeting, provided it is submitted in writing at least 10 working days in advance.
