About

The Resources and Corporate Performance Scrutiny Committee examines the Council's strategic policies and overall performance. It helps the Cabinet by contributing to the development of the annual budget (both capital and revenue) and by reviewing the Council's financial management. The committee also scrutinises the planning, financing, management, and performance of central council services within the Corporate Services Directorate, excluding parking operations, as well as any other council functions not covered by different scrutiny committees.
