Economy & Culture Scrutiny Committee

The Economy & Culture Scrutiny Committee examines and promotes improvements in the Council's performance and policy compliance related to economic regeneration and cultural services. It assesses the impact of external partnerships on service delivery and reports findings with recommendations to the Cabinet or Council.

Key areas of focus include the Cardiff City Region, City Deal, inward investment, economic strategy, lifelong learning, leisure, sports, parks, libraries, arts, culture, events, tourism, and innovation.
