The Cabinet is the executive arm of Carmarthenshire Council, responsible for the overall business and strategic direction of the authority. It comprises the Leader and nine appointed members, each with specific portfolio responsibilities. The Cabinet makes key policy and budgetary decisions, outlined in its Forward Plan, which guides the council's work over the next 12 months.
