The
Board endorsed:
 

a) 
The
stratgic risks identified, subject to any further additions or
amendments that the Board may wish to make.

b) 
That the
Executive Group undertakes further work to assign leads to each
risk, assess the risks in terms of impact and likelihood and
develop mitigating actions to reduce risk and attends Board
organisation meetings to discuss risk.

c) 
That the
Board receives regular updates on Cornwall’s strategic risks
and agains assurance from actions taken to reduce risk.
