About

The full Council is a meeting of all elected councillors, chaired by the Chair of the Council. Its main role is to approve, adopt, and change the Council's Budgetary and Policy Framework. The Council also appoints members to other committees, sets their remits, and appoints key statutory officers. These meetings allow councillors and the public to question Cabinet members and committee chairs, and to debate and vote on motions proposed by councillors.
