RESOLVED to:
1) Note successful delivery of highway maintenance activities during 2025-26 with a total programme value exceeding £60.000m, funded through annual highways maintenance and integrated transport grants from Government, now administered via the East Midlands Combined County Authority (EMCCA).
2) Note the additional external funding secured during 2025-26 to deliver priority schemes outside the core Highways Capital Programme, including investment through the Safer Roads Fund, and targeted funding for A6 retaining walls and countywide landslip mitigation works, enabling further improvements across the highway network.
