Individual Cabinet Member Decision Making - Community Care

The Portfolio Holder for Community Care is responsible for decisions relating to health services, voluntary sector support, and services for older and vulnerable residents within Elmbridge.

This includes managing health matters and liaising with Clinical Commissioning Groups, supporting the voluntary sector, and overseeing services such as dementia support, meals on wheels, community transport, and community alarm systems. The role also covers community centres and acts as a Member Champion for adult safeguarding.
