That Cabinet
approves:
 
1.     
That Appendix A is treated as confidential on the
basis that it contains information in respect of which a claim to
legal professional privilege could be maintained in legal
proceedings pursuant to Schedule 12A, paragraph 5 Local Government
Act 1972.
2.     
That Appendix B is not for publication on the basis
that it contains information relating to the financial or business
affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding
that information) as set out in paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the
Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

Direct Award to the three incumbent providers
(Castle Rock Group, Mihomecare and Sage
Care) for a maximum of sixteen months from 1 April 2025 to 31 July
2026, keeping the existing allocation of packages in place. The
total value is estimated to be £15.5m.
