About

The Site Viewing Working Party is a group of councillors appointed by the Planning Committee to visit and examine sites that are being considered for planning decisions. Accompanied by council officers, their main role is to understand the characteristics of each site and identify any further information needed. This helps the Planning Committee make informed decisions. As a working party, site inspections are not open to the public.
