The Health Overview & Scrutiny Sub-Committee examines local health services and their impact on Havering residents. It scrutinises the work of key health bodies, including the Havering Clinical Commissioning Group, Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals' NHS Trust (which runs Queen's Hospital), and North East London NHS Foundation Trust (responsible for mental health services).
