The Council is the main decision-making body for Hinckley and Bosworth, comprising all elected councillors. It meets regularly to make decisions that fall outside the established budget or policy framework. Meetings are generally open to the public, with efforts made to livestream them on the council's YouTube channel. The Mayor or Deputy Mayor chairs these meetings, which can include special or extraordinary sessions in addition to the regular schedule.
