The Lancashire Local Pension Board assists Lancashire County Council, as the Pension Fund Scheme Manager, in ensuring the effective and efficient governance and administration of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) for the Lancashire County Pension Fund. It helps secure compliance with LGPS regulations, other relevant legislation, and requirements from the Pensions Regulator. The Board also provides the Scheme Manager with information to manage potential conflicts of interest among its members.
