This committee deals with decisions made by individual Cabinet members and council officers, which are not made in formal meetings. Cabinet members can make 'Non-Key Decisions' below £50,000 and without significant community impact within their areas. Council officers also make decisions delegated to them by the City Council's Constitution. All these decisions are published and can be subject to a 'Call-in' process, unless they are urgent.
