Decision

1. That the acceptance of the £52m Local Growth Fund settlement be approved
2. That the Board considered and approved the high-level approach set out in this report for administering the four-year, £52m Local Growth Fund settlement.
3. That authority be delegated to the Chief Executive in consultation with the Mayor and the Section 73 Officer, to agree the final arrangements with Government, including the attached draft Outcomes Framework which will provide the framework for assessing the use of the Local Growth Fund settlement.
4. That the Board noted that a future report will be brought to the Combined Authority setting out the Local Growth Fund Delivery Plan, which would provide more detailed proposals for how the Local Growth Funding will be invested.
