About
The Licensing (2003 Act) Sub-Committee is responsible for determining specific applications related to the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005. It handles applications where there are valid objections or when the Chief Officer deems them suitable for referral. The sub-committee conducts hearings for license applications under the Licensing Act 2003 if any objections or relevant representations are received.
