...to acquire the freehold interest of 63 units at 278 Oxlow Lane in Dagenham, lease the property to a third-party housing organization, and delegate authority to relevant officers to finalize the acquisition and letting arrangements.

...to proceed with the refurbishment and conversion of 46 Clova Road into single homeless accommodation, including procurement of refurbishment works, housing management and support services, acceptance of a grant, and allocation of funds from the Council's Capital Programme.
