RESOLVED: That Council agreed to the adoption of the
Financial Regulations as per Appendix A.

 
REASON FOR
DECISION: Due to the passage of time since the last major
review of the Financial Regulations, it was considered appropriate
to carry out a full review. The proposed changes are detailed in
Appendix A alongside the reasons for them.
