KEY DECISION
 
That the Executive:
 

i)       
Noted the changes to the capital programme, following
approval by Directorate Capital Boards / Departmental Management
Team meetings, Chief Finance Officer (Section 151 Officer) and
Strategic Capital Board (where applicable), as detailed in
table

 

ii)     
Noted the proposed Zero Emissions Bus Scheme for £1.8m
that is part of the Bus Service Improvement Plan budget of
£2.549m already approved within the Capital Programme and
refer to the separate Executive report elsewhere on the
agenda.
 
 
Reasons for Recommendations:
These are set out in greater detail within section 5 of the report,
but can be summarised as helping to meet the Council’s
corporate plan objectives:
 
- Green sustainable environment
- Better, brighter futures
- Safe and thriving places
- Connected communities
- Active, fulfilled lives
 
Alternative Options
Considered: For those schemes which are grant funded or from
Section 106 contributions, they are undertaken in accordance with
the requirements of the grant conditions/ legal agreement and,
therefore, there is no alternative option proposed in this
report.
