The Joint Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee for the Northern Care Alliance (JHOSC) reviews health services provided by the Northern Care Alliance for residents of Bury, Oldham, Rochdale, and Salford, and works to improve health and reduce inequalities related to hospital services.
