2025/26 School Streets Delivery Agreement – Active Travel Capability Fund 4 (Revenue Funding)

This report seeks approval for: 1. Oldham Council to accept funding of £120,000 from Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM), funded via Active Travel Capability Fund 4 (Revenue Funding), for the development and delivery of School Streets schemes. 2. Oldham Council design, develop, and implement three new School Streets schemes, in line with the terms of the signed delivery agreement with TfGM.
