The County Council of Oxfordshire Council approved recommendations on 20/05/2025. The Council approved amendments to various parts of its Constitution, including those relating to decision-making, Cabinet procedure rules, and scheme of delegation to officers. The Director of Law & Governance and Monitoring Officer was delegated authority to make necessary additional changes to the Constitution.
