The Cabinet of Oxfordshire Council decided on 15 July 2025 to approve financial and land agreements for Woodeaton Manor School's conversion to academy status. The Cabinet approved retaining maintenance and repairs of the school building, proposed funding for adaptations, and an enhanced revenue funding rate. Authority was delegated to the Director of Children's Services to finalise land transfer documentation.
