Terms of Reference / Areas of Responsibility
The Leader of the Council and at least two but
not more than nine other Councillors appointed to the Cabinet by the Leader.
These Cabinet members are known as Portfolio
Holders.
The Cabinet is appointed to carry out all of the
Council’s functions which are not the responsibility of any other part of the
Council, whether by Law or under the Council’s Constitution.
