Partner, Shareholder and Trustee Executive Sub-Committee

The Partner, Shareholder and Trustee Executive Sub-Committee was approved at Full Council on 1 December 2022.  This extended the terms of reference of the former Commercial Ventures Executive Sub-Committee so as to allow it to review the activities of the Council’s charities and promote good governance. It was also agreed to rename the Executive Sub-Committee to the Partner, Shareholder and Trustee Executive Sub-Committee. The Council is sole trustee for seventeen charitable trusts.   The membership and function of the Partner, Shareholder and Trustee Executive Sub-Committee is set out in the Constitution at p60:
