Decision

1. To refuse to grant a private hire driver’s licence to the
Applicant.

 

2. The Sub-Committee’s decision is made in accordance with
the provisions of Section 61 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions)
Act 1976, Rushmoor Borough Council’s Taxi Licensing Policy, and the relevant
guidance and statutory standards from the Department for Transport.
