Salford City Council - Record of Decision
 
Title: Disposal of
Land at Cross Lane, Pendleton
 
I Councillor Jack Youd, Deputy City
Mayor and Lead Member for
Finance, Support Services and Regeneration, in exercise of the
powers contained within the City Council Constitution do hereby approve:
 

The grant of a 999 year lease to
Together Housing on the terms contained in this report. With option
of freehold transfer on practical completion of all
works.

 

Delegate authority to
the Strategic Director of Place and the Section 151 officer to
negotiate and finalise the commercial arrangements and all other
necessary ancillary agreements to allow the completion of the
arrangements as detailed in this report

 

Authorise the Shared
Legal Service to complete all necessary documentation and to take
all steps which are required to give effect to the above
recommendations.

 
The Reasons are to facilitate the development of the site.
