About

The South East Lincolnshire Joint Strategic Planning Committee is a statutory local planning authority formed by members from South Holland District Council, Boston Borough Council, and Lincolnshire County Council. Its primary role is to prepare joint planning policy documents, which will collectively form the 'South East Lincolnshire Local Plan'. This new plan will replace existing local plans for South Holland and Boston. While the committee creates the overarching local plan, South Holland District Council and Boston Borough Council will continue to determine individual planning applications within their respective areas.
