ONE Stockport Health & Care Locality Board

The One Stockport Health and Care Board brings together senior leaders from Stockport, including NHS (primary, secondary, community and mental health), Local Authority and the Voluntary, Community, Faith & Social Enterprise to focus on the shared priorities within the One Stockport Borough Plan and the One Health and Care Plan.   Please note that there has been a change in the governance arrangements for the One Stockport Health and Care meetings, meaning that these will now take place on a bi-monthly basis.   A copy of the Terms of Reference for the Board can be accessed here.
