Licensing Sub-Committee

The Licensing Sub-Committee considers whether to grant, approve, review, refuse, revoke, renew, suspend, transfer or vary any registration, certificate, consent, permit, approval or permission that the Licensing Committee may determine, except where the function has been delegated to an officer unless the officer refers the matter to the Committee for a decision. The Sub-Committee will usually comprise of any 3 members of the Licensing Committee.

This meeting is open to the public, although in considering some items of business, the press and public may be requested to leave the meeting.
