The Pensions Fund Committee is responsible for managing the West Northamptonshire Council's role as the administering authority for the Local Government Pension Scheme. It has full delegated powers to handle all matters related to the scheme, as required by relevant legislation including the Superannuation Act 1972 and Local Government Act 1972. The committee's remit covers the statutory functions and operational aspects of the pension fund.
