The Strategic Planning Committee of West Northamptonshire Council approved reserved matters for parcel B2 at Dallington Grange on 18 August 2026. The decision approved the appearance, landscaping, layout, and scale for 169 dwellings, subject to conditions. The Non-Strategic Planning Committee of West Northamptonshire Council approved the development of a new single-storey warehouse storage facility with an office annex at Caswell Science Park on 06 August 2026. The decision was made in accordance with the Case Officer’s recommendation, subject to various requirements. These include the submission and approval of a Construction Method Statement, details of surface water drainage, and a condition survey of the existing receiving drainage network.
