RESOLVED:

The Planning Policy Committee:

a)     Acknowledged the responses received to the draft Local Validation List (LVL) consultation, as summarised in:

•         Appendix B – Responses from the Citizen Portal

•         Appendix C – Summary of Responses from Development Management Planning Colleague

•         Appendix D – Responses from Environmental Health Officers

b)     Approved the West Northamptonshire Planning Application Validation Requirements 2026–2028 (Appendix A).

c)     Delegated authority to the Head of Planning Policy and Specialist Services to make minor editorial and presentational adjustments to the Planning Application Validation Requirements prior to publication.
