The Overview and Scrutiny Performance Board oversees the Council's performance and policy development. It commissions work for Scrutiny Panels, establishes Task Groups, and advises on Council policy. The Board also handles 'call-ins', which allow it to review and potentially challenge decisions made by the Council's Executive. Additionally, it serves as the statutory Crime and Disorder Committee for Worcestershire, with a requirement to meet at least annually.
