The Staff Appeals Sub-Committee of Westminster Council was scheduled to consider an appeal from a former employee. The meeting's agenda indicated that the sub-committee would hear from both the appellant and the management panel, followed by deliberations on the original dismissal decision.
Appeal of a Former Employee
The primary item scheduled for discussion was an appeal lodged by a former employee. Both parties were scheduled to summarise their cases before the sub-committee adjourned to deliberate on whether the original decision to dismiss the employee should be upheld, overturned, or replaced with a different sanction.
