Other Business
The agenda also includes a slot for Any Other Business,
allowing for the discussion of any urgent matters not otherwise listed. The date of the next meeting is scheduled for 7 December 2026, with a further meeting planned for 24 March 2027.
-
Disclosable Pecuniary Interests (DPIs) relate to a councillor's employment, sponsorship, contracts, and wider financial interests, including those of their spouse or civil partner, or anyone living with them as such. Other Registrable Interests (ORIs) include appointments to outside bodies, membership of charities, trade unions, lobbying groups, voluntary organisations, and educational institutions. Councillors must declare these interests and may need to leave the room and not participate in discussions or votes on matters where they have a DPI. ↩
