Here is a summary of the agenda for the Planning Committee meeting of Runnymede Council on 24 September 2025. The committee was scheduled to discuss several planning applications, updates to the Local Plan, and the adoption of the Englefield Green Non-Designated Heritage Assets project. They were also scheduled to discuss the Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document.
Englefield Green Non-Designated Heritage Assets Project
The committee was scheduled to discuss the adoption of the Englefield Green Non-Designated Heritage Assets (NDHA) project. The Englefield Green NDHA Adoption Committee report V2 includes a list of assets proposed for addition to the list of Non-Designated Heritage Assets in Englefield Green1. The report also includes:
- A list of assets excluded from the proposed list of Non-Designated Heritage Assets in Englefield Green
- A summary Excel spreadsheet of the proposed additions to the list of Non-Designated Heritage Assets
- A summary of consultation responses received with Runnymede Borough Council (RBC) and Essex Place Services comments
- An Equalities Impact Assessment screening
Local Plan Update
The committee was scheduled to receive an update on the Local Plan. The Local Plan Update report for 24th Sept Cmte includes a draft consultation strategy, with appendices:
