Application for Private Hire Driver's Licence
The subcommittee was scheduled to consider an application for a private hire driver's licence. Disclosure of Interests
Councillors David Lee Bawn, Les Bowman, Trevor Cessford and Barry Elliott were reminded of the need to declare any disclosable pecuniary interests1 or other registerable interests that they might have in relation to the items on the agenda. They were also reminded of the procedure for declaring such interests, which involves completing a form and passing it to the Democratic Services Officer, Melanie Bulman.
