Officers explained that while the applicant had previously appealed against the removal of permitted development rights, this did not preclude them from seeking consent for further extensions, which would require a planning application. Objectors raised concerns about overdevelopment, loss of privacy, overlooking, noise, flooding, and the developer's alleged non-compliance with previous approvals. Officers addressed these points, noting that the conservatory was modest in size and located within the rear garden, with sufficient separation distances to neighbours.
