Council - Wednesday, 10th December, 2025 6.30 pm

The Croydon Council meeting on 10 December 2025 addressed several key issues, including the approval of the Youth Justice Plan 2025-26, a review of the Equality Strategy 2023-27, and the delegation of recruitment responsibilities for the Local Pension Board. Planning Sub-Committee - Thursday, 4th December, 2025 7.15 pm

The Croydon Planning Sub-Committee met to discuss a single planning application, for the subdivision of a garden and erection of a new dwelling at 17 Convent Hill, Upper Norwood. Councillors voted to grant the application, subject to conditions and a Section 106 agreement[^2] to secure a financial contribution towards sustainable travel improvements, and to include hedge planting in the landscaping plan.
