...to progress Phase 2 of the Kingshurst Village Centre Regeneration project, the Cabinet approved further design work, endorsed the relocation of Solihull Community Housing to the new Community, Health and Retail building, and delegated authority to the Director of Economy and Infrastructure to continue Full Business Case preparation.

Local Plan - Issues and Options Consultation

...to facilitate the Mell Square Redevelopment, the Cabinet reconfirmed the use of statutory powers to appropriate land for planning purposes, approved engaging with third parties before using powers to address their rights, approved using powers to override third party interests, delegated authority to implement these recommendations, and delegated authority to adjust the boundary of the Morrisons lease.
