The Planning Committee B meeting on 22 April 2025 was scheduled to discuss two planning applications: one for the demolition of Brockley Social Club and the construction of a five-storey residential building, and another for an outline application for a three-storey apartment building on land at Buckden Close. The committee also received an addendum report concerning the Brockley Road application, detailing corrections to the original report.

The report pack that was prepared for this meeting contained planning applications for four sites in the borough. The applications covered a wide range of proposals, including a new roof extension at Robins Court, the demolition of garages to build two new homes at Belmont Hall Court, a new house on a garage site to the rear of 60 Breakspears Road, and a proposal to add two new storeys to a mixed use building at 23 Mercia Grove.

Planning Committee A - Tuesday, 10th December, 2024 7.30 pm

The committee granted planning permission for the construction of eight new homes at 27 Longton Avenue in Sydenham, and for a mixed-use development comprising of eight flats at 52 Deptford Broadway. The committee also noted the minutes of their previous meeting, which took place on 15 October 2024.

Planning Committee B - Tuesday, 26th November, 2024 7.00 pm

The Planning Committee B of Lewisham Council met on Tuesday 26 November 2024 to discuss two planning applications. The committee granted planning permission for a new four-storey building containing seven self-contained flats at 60 Lowther Hill, SE23, and also granted part retrospective planning permission for the alteration and conversion of 126 New Cross Road, SE14, to create a 14-room House in Multiple Occupation (HMO).

Planning Committee A - Tuesday, 15th October, 2024 7.30 pm

This meeting was scheduled to include the confirmation of the minutes of the previous meeting, the consideration of an addendum report on a previously approved planning application at 68 Ravensbourne Park Crescent, and planning applications at Sydenham High Senior School and the former Marvels Lane Boys Club. We do not know what was actually discussed, or whether any decisions were actually made during the meeting.
